Hello and welcome to Lincoln College MCR (the postgraduate student body). This website which has been designed for current and prospective postgraduate students provides information on MCR activities and college life more generally.
Lincoln College, which was founded in 1427 is one of the liveliest, friendliest, and most welcoming of Oxford’s colleges. Lincoln’s Middle Common Room (Oxford’s first) consists of around 350 graduate students working in a plethora of different fields, from Classical Archaeology to Statistical Genomics, and from Modern Languages to Immunology. Lincoln MCR members are known for their, sociability loyalty to their college, and general amiability, something that is a true reflection of the fact that the college’s graduate community is so fantastic.
If you are new to Lincoln, please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions that you have.
