I’ve just completed an MPhil in Latin American studies but Lincoln College was just so great that I couldn’t leave quite yet. However, next year I’m moving to South America to work for an NGO so the Charities Team was a wonderful way of keeping involved in college while also working to promote and raise funds for some great charities. Everyone’s a winner! |

I am 3rd year graduate student at lincoln working toward a D.phil in immunology. I really enjoy being involved with the charities committee at Lincoln because it is a fun way to give back to the community. The committee is a great way to get involved with college life, help organize some fun events, and at the same time have all of our hard work go toward charities that have been hand picked by Lincolnites! |

I’m a second-year D.Phil in English Literature. The Lincoln MCR is fun and active, and being part of the Charities team is a great way to get involved. It’s the best reason to organise more social events! |

I’m a first year DPhil studying Experimental Psychology but I first became involved with charities at Lincoln in 2009 when I was doing my masters. Working with the charities committee is a great way to be involved with the Lincoln community as well as help raise money for so many worthy causes. I’ve also seen first hand how the support from the charities fund impacts communities and people when I was working with the Parent Partnership Association for Children with Special Needs in Zambia, who was a beneficiary of charity support in 2009. Through Lincoln’s support, the organisation was able to buy desks and chairs for their school, which allowed children with special needs to receive learning and social support. |

I am a graduate fresher in Lincoln reading for a D.Phil. in Pathology. I am from Bangkok, Thailand and lived in India for 13 years. I enjoy organising events and it’s even better if people are having fun for a good cause! Feel free to get in touch if you have any ideas about events, yoga, jive or just want to chat! |
